2. Services

3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Review and provide feedback on drafts and final products in a timely manner.
4. Payment Terms
- Fees: Fees for services will be outlined in the project proposal or contract.
- Payment Schedule: A deposit of [50%] is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges.
5. Revisions and Approvals
- Revisions: We offer 2 of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Approval: Final approval of the design or edited video must be given before the project is considered complete. Once approved, no further changes will be made without additional cost.
6. Delivery and Deadlines
- Delivery: We will deliver the final product by the agreed-upon deadline, provided that you have met all your obligations.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by client feedback or failure to provide necessary materials.
7. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: Upon full payment, the final product will be the property of the client. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- Licenses: Any third-party materials or stock resources used will be properly licensed and attributed as required.
8. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of your project and any sensitive information shared during the course of our work. We will not disclose any details to third parties without your consent.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If terminated, you will be billed for work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
